I just had the best workout on the treadmill! I got up to 4.3 mph, which is probably 1mph faster than I could have dreamed of doing a year ago. I did the "heart rate" workout, which adjusts the incline to get your hear rate up to its "target heart rate". Would you believe the incline was at 9% at one point! Well I survived (which means not falling off the treadmill) and kept going. Then towards the end of my workout a group of retired men came in and were trash-talking with each other which kept me entertained. "No it was you that had the six beers last night, not me." And so on.

And I can finally see the results of my hard work on the bathroom scale. :)
